The industrial series portal or gantry crane ranges from 1 tonne to 160 tonnes capacity. The cranes featured are single or double ΗΕΑ ορ ΒΟΧ girder with the hoist crab unit running on rails attached to the bottom or top flange respectivley.
The single girder ranging from 1 to 50 tonne capacity while the double girder version ranges from 5 to 160 tonne capacity. Legs are attached to the bridge structure to enable the crane to run along ground tracks. These cranes are typically used for unloading and despatching equipment for a variety of applications.
The portal crane can cater for spans up to 40 metres. The crane is available with single or double hoists, pendant or radio control and inverter motor drives.
