1. Delivery Time
The time of delivery of machines and equipment depends on the quantity of order, but typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, while construction cranes delivery time is approximately 1 month.
2. Way of sending, delivery Order
Where transport costs are covered by the Customer, the transfer agent and the insurance is the customer's choice.
The Company reserves the right to partial shipments and goods, in any case, traveling with the Customer's responsibility and risk of the buyer and the seller company assumes no responsibility after delivery for shipment in the carrier. Goods are insured only by written order and the buyer's expense.
The Company is not responsible for any delay in delivery or damaged goods when due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, damage of vehicles, etc. The above are not reasons for making the Order cancellation by the Customer.
3. Guarantee of machines, equipments & cranes
All machines and cranes, which bearing the signature of VACOM Vareltzis accompanied by a written guarantee of 1 year from the date of operation and in compliance with the set out instructions and manuals and that not any construction providing by the client.
The guarantee relates only to repair and replace any defective parts of the construction. Condition of this obligation is that the damage will not be due to poor handling or improper operation of the machine and that the buyer has informed the Company in writing within 10 days from the date of appearance of damage.
Repairing the damage takes place according to your store or in our factory at our discretion.
4. Cancelation all or part of Order
The customer may cancel some or total order, only upon written agreement with the Company. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to compensation, especially for special orders that require use of raw materials not available in store.
The Company reserves the right not to execute an order if the financial audit of the Customer by accounting or banking department, do not be allowed.
5. Return all or part of the order
Any product returns will be accepted only by written agreement with sale offices in Patra and unless 10 days have passed from dispatch to the client. In such cases the refund will be honored by crediting the goods less 20% of the value-pricing, because of the quality re-test and storage.
If returning goods without prior agreement, the Company reserves the right to non-receipt and return to Sender by charging bill of lading.
The transportation costs of returned products charged the customer.
Returns of products which were delivered in past years are not acceptable.
Products returned for repair, if they have a manufacturing fault will be repaired and sent back free of charge to the Customer. However, if in the opinion of the Company the damage was due to ill-treatment, -application, -operation or maintenance of materials, the Customer will bear the cost of parts, labor and transportation.
Products returned due to incorrect loading of the company will be accepted, as well as the transportation costs, and will be replaced by the Company with a new shipment.
