SCHEMATIC DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPONENTS AND THEIR ARRANGEMENT
1) Profile : 3 , 4 or 5m long depending on the chosen series. The race can be flat or curve.
2) Support : Ensures the fastening of the profile to the structure. To be placed, in general, every 1,5m.
3) Towing arm : To be placed in the hoist or crane, to make the haul, together with the towing.
4) Joint : To fit consecutive track sections.
5) Cable clips : As an option to place cables on the profile.
6) Pendant station towing trolley : To hang the pendant station. The switch on/off can be made by terminals or using plug & socket connection.
7) End stop : Avoid the fallen down of the trolleys at the end of the line.
8) Towing trolley : It moves together with the device to be fed.
9) Cable trolley : It moves in the profile along the track.
10) End clamp : Placed at the beginning of the line, without ball-bearings. It is clamped to the profile.
11) Electrical cable : Once it has been calculated the number of cores and their section, it is chosen the most suitable of them.
