Straight bars up to 12m (40 ft) long with diameter range up to Ø 43mm (#14) can be processed.
The re-bars are aligned, loaded, bend and ejected automatically.
The unique design of the bending heads allows them to move up and down and perform left and right hand bends with one or more re-bars.
A gripper located centrally between the bending units, holds the bar(s) into the pre-set position.
Automatic bending tool changing device is available for models processing up to 20mm (#6).
